NPCIL Recruitment Notification 2018 for Various Posts

Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL) invited applications from the eligible Indian citizens to fulfill the 94 vacant various posts. Recruitment notification for Deputy Manager (HR, F& A, C& MM, and Legal), Deputy Chief Fire officer/A, Station officer/A, and junior Hindi Translator. Place of posting NPCIL Units/Sites located at Tarapur (Maharashtra), Rawatbhata (Rajasthan), Kalpakkam (Tamil Nadu), Narora (Uttar Pradesh), Kakrapar (Gujarat), Kaiga (Karnataka), Kudankulam (Tamil Nadu), Gorakhpur (Haryana) and Upcoming Projects of NPCIL. However, the candidate’s appointment in NPCIL is liable to be posted/transferred to any of the units of NPCIL depending upon the requirements of the company.

1.   Deputy Manager (HR) NPCIL

The number of vacancies; 29.
Educational Qualifications:
a) Applicants must be a graduate in any discipline with not less than 60% marks.
b) Two years full time MBA or equivalent, with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations, from IIMs/XLRI/XISS/XIM or MA (Personnel Management & Industrial Relations) from TISS or an equivalent Post Graduate Degree/Diploma from a recognized University/AICTE approved Institute, with not less than 60% marks in Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in aggregate.
Age Limit: 30 years (Maximum age as on 19/12/2018).
Pay Scale: Selected candidates will be paid in the pay matrix of Rs. 56,100/-

2.   Deputy Manager (Finance & Accounts) NPCIL
Number of vacancies; 34
Educational Qualifications:

a) Applicants must be a graduate in any discipline with not less than 60% marks.
b) CA/ICWA with pass class OR Two years full-time MBA or equivalent with specialization in Finance from a recognized University / AICTE approved Institute, with not less than 60% marks in the Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in aggregate.
Age Limit: 30 years (Maximum age as on 19/12/2018).
Pay Scale: Selected candidates will be paid in the pay matrix of Rs. 56,100/-



3.   Deputy Manager (Contracts & Materials Management) NPCIL

Number of vacancies; 18
Educational Qualifications:
Graduation in Engineering in any of the branches and should be a full-time MBA preferably in Materials Management/Inventory Control with not less than 60% marks from a recognized University/AICTE approved Institution.
Age Limit: 30 years (Maximum age as on 19/12/2018).
Pay Scale: Selected candidates will be paid in the pay matrix of Rs. 56,100/-



4.   Deputy Manager (Legal) NPCIL

Number of vacancies; 04
Educational Qualifications:
Full-time degree in Law with not less than 60% marks in aggregate from a University recognized by the Bar Council of India. Candidate should be registered with the concerned Bar Council of the State or Bar Council of India and other statutory bodies.
Experience: Should have 3 years post qualification practical experience at Bar and/or in any reputed Organisation as an Officer having adequate exposure to Company/Civil/Labour Laws. Candidates should possess excellent communication and drafting skills and have the capacity and capability to handle and deal with legal problems and cases independently.
Age Limit: 30 years (Maximum age as on 19/12/2018).

5.   Deputy Chief Fire Officer/A NPCIL

Number of vacancies; 02
Educational Qualifications:
Passed SSC or equivalent examination with Physics & Chemistry. + Passed the Divisional Officer’s Course from the National Fire Service College or from CISF Fire Training Centre. 6. Station Officer/A (NPCIL)

Number of vacancies; 01
Educational Qualifications: SSC or equivalent + Valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License + Certificate of Station Officer’s Course of the National Fire Service College or from CISF Fire Training Centre. OR Graduate of the Institute of Fire Engineering, India/ London. Experience: 05 years’ experience as a Sub Officer. OR ii) B.E. in Fire Engineering Experience: No experience is required.

7.   Junior Hindi translator NPCIL

Educational Qualifications: Applicants must be holding a Master's Degree from a recognized University in Hindi/English, with English/Hindi as a main subject at Degree level.
Age Limit: 28 years (Maximum age as on 19/12/2018).
Pay Scale: Selected candidates will be paid in the pay matrix of Rs. 35,400/-
